A solid backbone joins a conical woofer design at the bottom, giving the impression that the speaker is floating in the air. The Beolab 28 is built to last. Formed, turned, milled and anodized aluminum manufactured in Bang & Olufsen's legendary Factory 5 in Denmark forms the foundation. It's clad in tactile textile fabric and solid wood sourced from a supplier B&O has worked with since 1949. Each speaker receives an individual visual inspection. The focus on longevity even affects the technology in the form of an upgradable connection module that ensures the speakers will last for generations.
